It's been almost three years in the making. I've beat'n back depression, anxiety, and life to create this. Tac is probably the best thing I've ever made and I couldn't be more proud of it.

Everything was recorded live from my assortment of gear, including Moog Minitaur, Reon Driftbox, Vermona DRM1 MKIII, Roland TR09, and my modular rack. Then it's all pushed through tons of effects and editing on my PC, stuff like Izotope Vocalsynth and TAL Bitcrusher.

After two years, I wasn't sure Tac would ever come out. I just didn't have the drive to finish such a large project. I attended an art show, with probably 50 pieces, all by different artists in the area. I saw what would become the artwork for Tac and was instantly captivated by it. Upon closer inspection, I realized the piece was by my friend, Brian Spies. At that point I knew I had to complete the album.

Tac means a lot to me. Everything about it means something to me. I have reasons and feelings behind all the musical concepts and song titles. But everything is also intentionally vague, so that you can add your own experience and meaning.

I hope you enjoy the music. It was made to be listened to and gains it's own life because of you. You can buy it here or you can stream it on many other services. On the final track I was finishing the part in Call of Cthulhu where Johansen’s strange and horrific journey to R’lyeh is being recalled. It’s described as an ancient cyclopean city of non Euclidean geometry that no human could build. Angles and perspectives are constantly shifting. I think it fits perfectly with the final track that mentions the Fata Morgana. Dionysus Virus
